WILL BE AT THE REUNION!

ASK HIM ABOUT HIS NEWEST BOOK,

James has been busy these past 50 years --- attaining a successful career as an attorney with an extensive background in alternative dispute resolution and conflict management, James was awarded the highest honor obtainable by a mediator in the State of Texas by the Texas Association of Mediators in 2007.
Below is a preview of his latest book.

In Seeing Through The Wall, Dr. James Gibson presents his V.A.L.U.E. system for resolving conflict in your business and personal life. In our business and personal life conflict walls develop on an ever increasing basis. These walls separate, block, and prevent communication that would resolve conflict. Many walls are psychologically defensive walls, and many are built from fear of either conflict engagement or the past results of conflict. Whatever form each wall takes the result is an impediment to engaging or resolving conflict. Seeing Through The Wall describes a method, through a unique approach called the V.A.L.U.E. system, that will enable anyone to see through the walls of conflict that occur daily in their business and person life. Using this straight-forward method and easy to follow system, anyone can quickly learn to manage and resolve conflict in their daily lives. The book, which presents a step-by-step process for successfully resolving any conflict, is rich with insights, tools, guidelines and examples to make learning the V.A.L.U.E. system easy. Knowing that the V.A.L.U.E. system works and how to use the V.A.L.U.E. system to engage and manage everyday conflict provides one the courage to see their way through any wall of conflict and begin to engage their conflicts at the earliest possible stage. Knowing how to see your way through conflict is a profound key to conflict management. Because conflict in our lives is real and enduring, it is essential that everyone has a user friendly method to manage and resolve their conflict. The V.A.L.U.E. system, properly applied, leads to greater productivity in business and greater personal satisfaction in relationships.  Readers of Seeing Through The Wall will gain conflict management skills which, when put to use in resolving conflicts, will yield positive results that in return build the reader's confidence. With this newfound confidence, readers will quickly overcome their fears and begin to engage conflict in a timely manner, well before it can grow out of control. Those that apply the V.A.L.U.E. system to manage conflict as it occurs on a  daily basis can expect to see improved relationships in all areas of their lives.
