conceived and edited by Robbie. It’s a book of very, very short stories by Latin American and Latino authors, published in 2010 by W.W. Norton, titled Sudden Fiction Latino: Short-Short Stories from the United States and Latin America. Robbie was assisted by co-editors in Ohio and at the University of Minnesota. The book is introduced by world-famous Argentina author Luisa Valenzuela and has had many good reviews. Robbie also has a small, national prize-winning chapbook of 7 of his own short-short stories called Motel and Other Stories, 2005. After more than 20 years of teaching at the University of Hawaii, he now lives in Austin with his wife Revé. You can find Robbie's books at your local bookstore or at www.amazon.com.
